Sign up and connect your accounts

Create your account and connect the tools you want Anabel to work with. We use OAuth — you never share passwords with us. Currently supported:

Gmail / Google Workspace

30-minute kickoff call

A short onboarding session where you tell Anabel about your workflow. She'll ask about:

  • Your communication style and tone preferences
  • Key contacts and how you interact with each
  • Scheduling preferences and working hours
  • Which tasks you want handled vs. which need your direct involvement

Anabel starts working your inbox

Within 24 hours of onboarding, Anabel begins triaging your email, drafting responses, and scheduling meetings. During the first week, she'll ask for more approvals than usual as she calibrates to your preferences. By week two, she's handling most routine tasks with minimal oversight.

Review, refine, and expand

After your first week, you'll have a check-in to review how Anabel is performing. Adjust her boundaries, add new tasks, or expand to additional integrations. She gets better the more you use her — learning your preferences, contacts, and communication patterns.
