Why we built Anabel

Every executive, founder, and senior professional we talked to had the same problem: they were drowning in operational tasks. Email triage. Scheduling back-and-forth. Meeting prep. CRM updates. Follow-up messages. The work that keeps the engine running but doesn't move the business forward.

They'd tried hiring human assistants, but the good ones are expensive and hard to find. They'd tried AI chatbots, but those require constant prompting and don't integrate with anything. They wanted something in between — an assistant with the intelligence of frontier AI and the reliability of a trained professional.

She drafts emails in your voice, preps you before calls, researches prospects, and keeps your schedule from falling apart — all while keeping you in the loop for every decision that matters.

Built on Claude

Anabel is powered by Anthropic's Claude — the AI model built with safety and helpfulness as core design principles. We chose Claude because it's the most reliable model for handling sensitive professional communications. It follows nuanced instructions, respects boundaries, and doesn't hallucinate your calendar.

But Anabel isn't just a chatbot wrapper. We built a managed infrastructure layer on top of Claude that handles integration with your real tools, maintains persistent memory across conversations, and enforces approval workflows so nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Privacy is non-negotiable

No training on your data

Your emails, contacts, and documents are never used to train AI models. Not ours. Not Anthropic's. Not anyone's.

End-to-end encryption

All data in transit and at rest is encrypted. Your information is accessible only to you and Anabel — and you can revoke access at any time.

You stay in control

Anabel never sends an email, creates a meeting, or messages a contact without your explicit approval. You set the boundaries.
